Message The wheels were originally engineered for the right hand drive model. Given that unsprung weight like the wheels and brake rotors can have a very pronounced effect on handling, the wheels on that side (as well as the brake rotors) were made lighter to offset the weight of the driver on that side. You can trust me when I say this because I used to sell used cars. I also have some nice condos for sale in Kansas city with a nice ocean view.
